Issues addressed
The issue tackled by the output is connected with lacking behind in addressing the climate emergency, energy transition, soft mobility and greening living areas, especially by the small and medium-sized cities and districts. Often the local administrations are not aware of methods and tools to effectively change citizen behaviours.

The developed methodology presents the theory, principles and approach behind tactical urbanism, its benefits and disadvantages for climate change adaptation with a focus on its applicability to further local/regional plans as long-term plans. It also highlights the necessary conditions for using it and actions needed to be easilly taken over other interested territories.
Transferability potential
The Methodology with its components, structured in a toolbox has an added value towards finding information and practical solutions in the area of tactical urbanism and citizens engagement. The toolbox will enable local authorities and other interested parties to easily find the information within the areas mentioned.
